Easiest way to print address labels?

Instead of handwriting envelopes i have purchased some avery labels for my ebay sales. But, i cannot figure out a way to easily put buyer addresses onto the labels without having to click through to 'print address label' and then copy that and paste it onto the label template. It seems to be taking longer than handwriting the address!!
Is there a simpler way of doing this?
I thought that by downloading csv of sales data would help but the addresses are not formatted correctly and are across different columns.

You could use a mail client (Thunderbird or Outlook) to fetch your paypal mail.
then in Options select Download Messages as TEXT ONLY.
Enable the PREVIEW WINDOW.
quickly go through the "notifications of payment received" and copy/paste the address.
The formatting in the emails is normally OK unless you have the payments held for 21 days in which case the address will be incompete.
it is still a bit "manual" but better than going through Paypal main site.*_*_* Department of Redundancy Department *_*_*0 -
You could try http://www.avery.co.uk/avery/en_gb/ I use this at work and it is very easy to use, look on left hand side for free softwareTuck Fescos

Thanks guys.
I post out to customer ebay addresses and not bother with paypal addresses. I know i'm not covered but the stuff i post is not recorded/special anyway.
I'm currently using an avery template in word as opposed to the avery software which i found a little clunky.0 -

be careful doing this, very often the PP and eBay addresses don't match. It's not about money, it is about customers satisfaction, if something i sdelivered to the wrong address you don't look good.*_*_* Department of Redundancy Department *_*_*0 -
Confess to being a numpty, but if I have sold several items, I type the address (PayPal -you are liable to post only to the registered PayPal address) into Microsoft Works Labels (just 'tabbing' to the next label). You can type each one individually and then print off. May not be that quick but think it looks more professional than hand written. For some reason, Word doesn't seem to have this facility - You can only type in one label (and print) at a time. Wouldn't even try and get my head round the 'print postage label' blarney that takes you through the PayPal procedures. Hope this little tip helps.0

http://www.aimcosoftware.co.uk/ takes some setting up, but once done it is a massive time saver.
Print pick lists, packing lists, labels and PPI postage.

Its easy in word, go to Tools>Letters and Mailing>Envelopes & Labels. Under the labels tab click full page of the same label then select your Avery type, click new document and you will have a full page of labels to copy to from your paypal email. If you dont sell enough stuff for a full page you can delete some boxes and use the sheet again at a later date. I have been using this for years and the only think I find annoying is that PEOPLE DONT USE CAPITAL LETTERS! Looks especially bad in the postcode, you can turn everything to capital by holding down shift and pressing f3 but I like it to look right. You may have to tinker with the formatting within the label boxes, the easiest thing to do is add a text box. Hope this helps.0

I use open office to print my labels and it's free, incidentally I used to use Avery labels too but found these very expensive, instead I found a company that supply comparable labels at a fraction of the price of the Avery ones https://www.iidsolutions.co.uk and they seem really nice, ask for Lisa, she helps me out.0

I use this software. Might be a bit too much if you're a small seller, then either use the labels they suggest which are available as sample packs or print to paper and use a pritt stick to stick to the package. Also produces a Dispatch Note if that's important to you.

ETA: Don't forget that inkjet ink isn't waterproof, so I use wide clear packing tape over all my labels to waterproof them just in case they get wet. I use the Avery labels & MS word print a page of labels to do my return labels.0 -

You have mentioned this company on several posts on MSE.
And what an incredible coincidence.... you also go to a supermarket a couple of miles from their office, according to this post:

It's also weird that one of their directors is called Simon Carrington.
