Attempting to claim back over £4600 in bank charges and Unpaid direct debits
have had my first knock back letter from Lloyds tsb, Iam going to send a second letter and then start court action but as I live in Scotland cannot use claim online , Can anyone give me advise as to what forms I need to fill in for the Scottish courts and will I be able to claim charges back
