Hi they are about. Have you looked on ebay? you may have to travle to pick one up but they dont go for a great deal of money
they're also not worth a lot of money and plenty of people have one and don't know what to do with it. antique shops don't take them etc. putting an ad asking for one or get a charity shop to keep an eye out for you. i live on the isle of man (lack of treadles!) and i managed to get one - i called a charity shop, a week later they called they had one. yay!0 -
I have a hand powerd one.
Mine is even older than yours.
1930s mine is. works like a dream.
Ebay is great for parts and other bit for them.

my treadle's from 1894. i had to replace the front plate because the thread guide was missing but apart from that... it's absolutely amazing how well they work!
my 66k is 1917 and 99k is 1956. they're a dream!0
