    As she is only on low care you're not entitled to anything like carers allowance for her. Just your regular benefits (with a premium on the tax credits).

    ETA you can apply to the family fund for stuff if you have a disabled kid, google family fund and it will come up. They are really good and helped my sister when her wee one needed a new bed (she's incontinent, they funded a bed, special matress, bedding and a washing machine that was energy efficient to wash the bedding with).
