head lights and speedometer for classic Twingo?

Does anyone know where you can get Uk spec headlights for the classic Twingo ie the french version that predates the new Twingo sold in the UK? Renault UK say no supplies.

Plus the easiest way to fit a speedometer which has mph not kph.

I see some Twingos around the London area which have been converted but the garage guy I rang hadn't a clue.

Not sure if they were ever made in RHD format, if not, they probably don't exist.
