Argos website down for days - vouchers expiring

Anyone else got one of the money off vouchers Argos that expire on 21st Jan, but unable to use them because the Argos website has been down for nearly a week.
Have you taken any action, had any response from Argos re this?

I don't have any vouchers but having been on the website and tried to buy something, I got as far as the checkout successfully so it seems to be working and less your error is after this point, when you actually put in your card/voucher details?0

I've been on the Argos site quite a bit over the last couple of weeks and not had any problems with it. I suspect it may well be a problem at your end, although I do have a habit of going on https://www.argos.com and wondering where it's gone.If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00

Yes, I didn't leave it until the last minute before using the vouchers!
Argos website has been fine for me apart from one day when they were changing something but it was back on later, just wait til next week when the new catalogue launches!!:hello: Hiya, I'm single mom, avid moneysaver and freecycler, sometimes :huh: but definatly0 -
hahahaha! I feel less stupid now.....(cos i did when i called them!!!)
I had the same problem and called them. They made some changes a couple of weeks ago. Said that my computer was blocking the site from updating (something about accepting cookies). Resolved it by just searching for an item in google and going into the site that way. I will eventually get round to changing it properly.0 -
