Double claim Welcome Finance?

Looking for advice please.

Had car loan with PPI with Welcome. 9 months later Welcome
Offered a home secured loan and repaid car loan.
Yet again took PPI. However never received any paperwork showing
Refund on PPI from car or repayment figures. The secured loan
Added PPI for 5 years on a 15 year loan. This was never made clear at
The time and feel the numbers don't add up on either
Loan. Any advice on my options?

Hi there

If you believe you were mis sold then give it a go, if on the 2 accounts then do the both, you can do this on the same reclaiming questionnaire form, so if mis sold on both account with ppi and if different acc number write both numbers that apply.

The questionnaire replaced the template letter on this site, check the link below - stage one of reclaiming, send to the ones who set this up for you from the start.
Keep copies of all you send and receive in case you need to go back to it again later.

They normally have 8 weeks to give a decision and should keep you informed of the progress of your complaint.
