They don`t guarantee too, but say they will try. I got them to PM an online price and saved £60.
They only price match up to a certain amount - I saw the canon powershot S70 on ebuyer for £279.10 (inc. p&p), and Jessops had it for £410.00. the woman almost laughed when i asked if they could price match it- the best they came down to was £375 which was still way overpriced. In the end, i was a bit worried about ebuyers rep, so i bought it from Amazon on my barclaycard, and then claimed the difference from the price promise.
Shame they got rid of that really.... :-(0 -
I finally got some support and feedback from 7dayshop.com Sadly they confirm all those cameras are US spec not UK spec, this is obviously how they can undercut others so dramatically. So sadly, will be looking for proper UK spec one instead! Thanks all.0

I seem to recall that when I read Ebuyer "customer reviews" on the Canon 20D there was a strong implication that the 20Ds supplied by Ebuyer are "US sourced".
Not sure if this also applies to the Canon G6?
Meanwhile Pixmania have G6 for £404 (incl VAT). I believe Pixmania supply from France, which I understand gives a buyer better warranty protection than US sourced products.
Hope this helps.Money Saving Fan.0 -
Re: Pixmania - Yes you do get the 2 year warranty, but unfortunately the manual is in French too. Ok if you can download an English one or the manula is multi-language, but that's not always the case.0
