Ive posted on 2 forums so far, when I feel the need I will post on somemore.

Are you here in need of constructive advice and the best way forward in getting things sorted out as it relates to your father's finances, or simply spoiling for a fight with Egg?

You say the situation has been going on for three months that is plenty of time to have gone through the complaints procedure and have gone to the ombudsman if the complaint had not been settled.

Yes formal complaint has been sent. Awaiting response.

So you want to run your father's saving account? Do you have a power of attorney? What is wrong with Egg? Do you think they will just give anyone access their customer's acccount?
