Managed to pop out at lunchtime to my work local boots and grab some bits and pieces so thanks to all on here for keeping me updated with when the sale was live - only bought little bits for £2 or less but quite happy.

They still had loads of the fearne and gok boxes in and I was wondering what people thought of them overall as I was wondering whether to get 1 for my niece's birthday (20) in April? We usually just give her £20 - do you think it would look mean if we altered it to this gift or like we'd been more generous/thoughtful?

    Hi Everyone!

I went to the Chesterfield store first thing this morning; they had an aisle and a half's worth of stuff. Loads of Strictly and Fearne box sets, plus lots of Weenicon, Front Cover Guinness, Bulmers and Bailey's sets. It wasn't too busy, although everyone that was there was rushing, and piling their baskets high!

They had a few toys, although they were all still at 50% off - not sure if they have changed it now though, as most other stores seem to have added them to the 75% off sale?

I bought three Baileys blender sets at £6.25 each.
Front Cover eye set - £8.75
Bottle of bubbly in sequin cover - £3 (last one though).
    Coin counter set - £2.50
2 x Bobbypin purse, mirror and keyring set - £2.50 each
2x Sweet treat boutique jars - £2.50 (quite a few of these left, and loads of houses -I bought some at xmas and they smell divine!)
Religion set - £6.25 (quite a few left)
    Bobbypin make-up set - £4
    Racing car game £3
Arcade game money box - £3.75

Just made an order online for things they didn't have instore and managed to pay by card - it didn't give me the option at first, but the trick is to click the paypal button, then click the card button and it will come up (takes a few secs though).

Quick question - I ordered something on mon at 50% off, just had an email saying it has been dispatched for collection instore on fri. As it has only just been dispatched, can I kick up a fuss and get it at 75% off, as that is the current price of the day of dispatch?
