Maxi-Cosy Cabriofix or Pebble using Isofix???

We're looking at a isofix system for both our cars, the maxi-cosy system fits both ours and we want something where we can click it into a pushchair system, only problem is now which one to go for???
Anyone care to comment???

We had the cabriofix to fit our bugaboo and can't fault it. The isofix base in car makes life just that little bit easier with a little bubba. Saved me ages faffing around with carseats and of course there is the safety aspect.
  • we were looking at the bugaboo bee+ system but we are more impressed with the mamas and papas sola system, but the maxi-cosy system will fit to it using some adaptors
  • Ive got the Pebble, and Quinny Speedi, its very big, but is brill. Well built, easy to push, and looks good too!

we have the pebble, isofix, it is awesome, takes two seconds to clip in and out, plus the quinny buzz buggy is just as quick to click the seat in and out. :) definitely would recommend!!!

I've got the Maxi Cosi cabriofix on the easyfit (belted) base and the Quinny Buzz. Agree with previous posters, the base is a life saver and the Buzz is a dream to push. Love the cabriofix too, never had the pebble so I can't comment on that.

Keep your eye out on Amazon. I got the black Cabriofix a couple of weeks back when it was on special offer at half price - £62.50 I think. I'm just waiting on a good deal for the Easyfix base! I've got the iCandy Apple and the Cabriofix slots in quite easily with the adapters.

Mind you, I've yet to have my baby - so I haven't roadtested the above, but can't wait to!

I know i wanted to buy it then, but my partners only 8-9 weeks gone so she did'nt want to jinx anything if you know what i mean, it was a crackin price, how do you find the icandy apple like the quinny we have'nt tried those out yet?

My final choice came down between the Apple and the Buzz actually. We got the Apple Jogger version (3 wheels). We need a half decent 3 wheeler for off roading as we have a dog, but I also wanted something stylish and nippy enough to whizz around the shopping centre :)

Pram/car seat shopping is a bit of a minefield. There is so much choice out there!

Actually the EasyFix base was reduced on Amazon at the same time to around £58 I think, and stupidly I didn't get it at the time and now it's gone back up. But I've seen it reduced before so I will hang fire til it comes back down again!!

Good luck with the pregnancy and come by the Pregnancy Thread to say hi and get yourself on the list :)
