Turnpiece galleries and Lightroom web module

Hi,
I want to be able to post flash and/or HTML slideshows I have created in lightroom to my turnpiece website- any help would be most appreciated.
I have a website through turnpiece and also have Lightroom 3.
In Lightroom you can go into the web module and create galleries using HTML or FLASH to upload to the web. I can make the gallery and save it to my desktop but don't seem to be able to transfer this to my website. I don't have the details required to send it straight to my website and because it is a content management system not sure if I can do anything about this.
Please help?
