Hotmail email sending spam - help

hi there, i have just been informed that my hotmail account is sending spam to eveyrone in my address book. its links to crappy website by the looks of it, any ideas how to stop this, and what is going on - have i got a virus? cheers

Most likely your password has been compromised - possibly on a public computer. Change your Hotmail password asap and see if that stops the spam.0
