Hi All,
Just been to get my passport forms because mine expired about 5 years ago.
From what i gather i just have to fill them out as renewals even though they expired so long ago. Only thing is, since they expired i have gotten married so i also need my new passport in my married name. Can't seem to find anywhere that tells me what to do. Only renewal or name change but not both together.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.

Hi,
There is no such thing really as a renewal in the sense there used to be. It is basically getting a new passport, but you shouldnt need to get countersigned photos and extra ID/interviews, to go with your new passport.
Its the same passport form for everything, you just tick the correct options. For a married name change, you need to send your marriage certificate in, and also for the new passport bit, 2 new (identical) photos.
As the previous poster said, you can fill the form in online for clear guidance, and they will then print it off and send to you to be signed, you then send it back with the photos and certificate, and old passport.Married 13/03/10 #1 DD born 13/01/12!!
