Terms And Conditions as below:

1. By entering this Visa 2011 Team 2012 Tickets promotion (the “Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
2. The promoter of this Promotion is Visa Europe Services Inc. (the “Promoter”) (company branch number BT007632) whose registered address is 1 Sheldon Square, London W2 6TT. (Entries should not be sent to this address)
3. The Promotion is open to legal United Kingdom (“UK��) residents, excluding employees, their immediate families (parents, spouse, partner, children, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren) of the Promoter, or anyone (including the Promoter’s agent and suppliers), professionally connected with this Promotion.
4. Entrants (“Entrants”) must be 16 years or over and hold a valid Visa card at the time of entry. Valid Visa cards include any Visa debit, credit or prepaid cards issued in the UK but exclude Visa corporate or commercial cards. No purchase is necessary for residents of Northern Ireland –– see clauses 19-21 of the Terms and Conditions.
5. The Promotion commences at 00:00:01 am on 17.01.11 and closes at 23:59:59 on 31.12.11 (the “Promotional Period”).

ENTRY

1. Entrants are required to enter online by logging on to www.visa.co.uk/visa2012 then entering the amount and date of the transaction carried out on their Visa Card, their first name, surname and email. Transactions must take place within the Promotional Period.
2. Only one entry per valid transaction can be made. Entries are limited to ten entries per person per day in total and to two separate transactions of the same value per day (e.g. if a person separately purchases, using their Visa card, three coffees for the same amount on the same day they could only enter two of the coffee purchases).
3. Entrants must retain all receipts or online payment confirmations (“Receipts”) for such transactions as proof will be required when claiming prizes. If Entrants make a contactless Visa card transaction they must request a Receipt. Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with entry instructions are invalid. Copies of Receipts are acceptable. Value and date of Receipt must be the same as the winning entry.
4. Entrants are required to make a point of sale transaction (i.e. an in store or online purchase) in the UK and retain the Receipt. Excluded transactions: transactions that are made outside the UK, ATM transactions, cash withdrawals, direct debit, standing orders and bill payments (i.e. payments made on a Visa card in settlement of bills such as credit card, electricity, phone, gas etc.) are excluded from the Promotion.
5. Entrants will be entered into the quarterly prize draw for the quarter on which the entry was made. Entries must be submitted before midnight on the last day of the quarter to be eligible for that quarter’s draw. Entries will not be carried over for any subsequent quarterly prize draws. Quarters run:
   
   - 00:00:01 on 17.01.11 until 23:59:59 on 31.03.11
   - 00:00:01 on 01.04.11 until 23:59:59 on 30.06.11
   - 00:00:01 on 01.07.11 until 23:59:59 on 30.09.11
   - 00:00:01 on 01.10.11 until 23:59:59 on 31.12.11
6. The winners of each quarterly prize draw will be drawn randomly using a secure, independently verified computer based programme under independent supervision.
7. Winners will receive an email to inform them that they have won within two weeks of the close of each quarterly prize draw. Winners must claim their prize by printing out their winning email, completing the required details including name, email, postal address, contact telephone number and the first six digits on their Visa card and sending along with a copy of their receipt to Visa Team 2012 Promotion, Freepost ANG8097, Diss, Norfolk, IP98 3HH.
8. Prize claims must be received within 30 days of the date of the winning email.

Prize Details

1. The total number of prizes consists of 8 pairs of Olympic Tickets, 8 pairs of Paralympic Tickets and Visa Prepaid cards (8 x £2,012.00, 180 x £201.20, 400 x £20.12). The following are not included: transportation, accommodation, meals, insurance, any applicable taxes and any other incidentals.
2. Each quarter prizes consists of: 2 pairs of Olympic Tickets, 2 pairs of Paralympic Tickets and Visa Prepaid cards (2 x £2,012.00, 45 x £201.20, 100 x £20.12).
3. Olympic and Paralympic tickets details will be available from May 2011. Until this date, the type of event, the time, the date, or location of the event will not be known by the Promoter and therefore cannot be communicated to the winners. Physical tickets will not be available to winners until two weeks before the date of event they are attending.
4. Visa reserves the right to confirm method of ticket delivery or ticket collection.
5. No cash or alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of totally unexpected circumstances outside of its control resulting in the above prizes being unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal value. All prizes will only be made available in the names of the winners and are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

Northern Ireland Residents Only: No Purchase Necessary Entry Route

1. Entrants in Northern Ireland can enter without making a purchase or registering a transaction, although they are required to be Visa card holders. Northern Ireland residents can participate by simply clicking here to enter their first name, surname, email address, phone number, postal address with postcode and the first four digits of their Visa card.
2. Only ten entries per person per day in total.
3. Winners’ prizes will only be despatched to postal addresses in Northern Ireland and must match the postcode submitted on their entry. All other Terms and Conditions will apply.

General

1. Entrants will never be asked to provide, for the purpose of this Promotion, either their full 16 digit card number, the security number of the card, or any other security details pertaining to their account.
2. In the event that the winner’s claim is not received within 30 days of receiving their winning email, the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate such prizes to a substitute winner drawn at random in the same way and at the same time as the original winner.
3. Visa Prepaid cards can be used at outlets and online retailers displaying the Visa logo, standard terms and conditions apply and these will be sent with the card.
4. The card issuer’s and any merchant’s standard terms, conditions, fees and charges will apply to the use of the Visa card during the Promotional Period.
5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions prior to the closing date.
6. Any person accompanying a winner to the London 2012 Olympic Games event must be aged 12+ at the time of the London 2012 Olympic Games. All minors must be accompanied by an adult and have the permission to attend from their parents or guardian.
7. The Promoter and its associated agencies cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communications systems or networks that may result in an entry not being registered, accepted or processed.
8. To the fullest extent permitted by the law, the Promoter, their agencies and trading partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize.
9. The Promoter reserves (in its sole discretion and so far as is legally permissible) the right to verify, using all reasonable means available to it, whether a winning entry was based on a valid and eligible Visa transaction. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or of the spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept an entry.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
11. Names and counties of the winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope by 31.03.12 to Visa Team 2012 Promotion, Freepost ANG8097, Diss, Norfolk, IP98 3HH.
12. The prize winners, by accepting their prizes, consent to the Promoter (in its sole discretion) to publish their names, counties, photographs and any statements made by or attributed to them in relation to the prizes or the Promotion on the www.visa.co.uk website and in any print, point of sale or other public relations materials relating to the Promotion.
13. Promoter may collect personal information from Entrants under the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable data privacy laws. Promoter will only use Entrants' information for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with Visa Europe's Privacy Policy http://www.visa.co.uk/privacy.html
14. If Entrants select to receive marketing communications from the Promoter when making an entry, omission to select this option again when making a subsequent entry does not represent a valid request to ‘opt out’ from receiving those communications. Entrants who do not wish to receive these communications must follow the instructions in the communications.
15. The International Olympic Committee and London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games are not liable for anything arising out of this Promotion and shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize.
16. The Promotion, these Terms and Conditions, and any matter arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

Hi, is anyone else had prolems entering the captcha for this today, the page seems to have changed, I am trying to enter one receipt for yesterday but it doesn't want to accept the details?? :mad:
