I have just input a receipt from yesterday and it accepted it on the second attempt. (IE)

The first attempt I did have a problem with the captcha but that could have been my fault.


My next two receipts went through fine.

For me is not working on IE but it is on Chrome. I guess we have to wait until it sets in and hopefully everything will be all right, though don't like the double captcha...I guess is for our own good and security.

Yes it can -

Entrants must retain all receipts or online payment confirmations (“Receipts”) for such transactions as proof will be required when claiming prizes. In the absence of a physical receipt (e.g. contactless payment), Visa card holders may verify their winning purchase by sending in their statement (online or paper format is acceptable) which clearly shows the purchase amount.

that's what I'm sending off to claim, so I'll let you know if I have any problems!

I do have a question though, and it might seemed insignificant but it's being burning for a little while: for how long do we need to keep the receipt once we have entered it. For the whole term?

yeah, but my question is some people get a call or wem right after they enter so what's the point in keeping all that paper? I'm not a good hoarder.
