Hi i wonder if anyone can help me, im trying to put a video on a dvd with windows dvd rewriter, its turn out picture perfect but no sound, when playing a preview there is also no sound but when i play it on windows media player the sound is fine, i have checked that my sound is at full volume and have had a look through the windows troubleshooting and couldnt find an answer, i did a troubleshooting test on it and it came back fine so im a bit stumped to know what to do next....
Thanks in advance Jo

Possibility 1 - What kind of disc did you use? I've experienced similar symptoms when trying to play DVD+R discs in some machines which prefer DVD-R discs.
Possibility 2 - Check your settings, especially if you've recently installed something like RealPlayer which has a bad habit of changing things you haven't told it to.
