Advice Needed

Hi All,

Can anybody advise whether claiming redundancy would affect my credit rating for a future mortgage application?

I already have another job lined up after being told I am being made redundant in a months time but to cover me until that point I was considering appying for a redundancy payment from the government as this company is being liquidised and will not pay me anything.
