Ford Fiesta MK 4 door lock problems

I've replaced the lock barrel, now the lock mechansim but still the lock will not unlock from the outside. It's not the key as it's doing it with the red one too.

Any suggestions?:(

It can't be the lock as that's been replaced!

Has it been made to the right key number? that is the only way it wouldn't work. All ford tibbe keys will lock any tibbe lock.

Or your key is worn out. You can send me a picture of your key tip (close up) by Pm if you want. I will decode the key as see it if matches the key number they gave you for the barrel.

My brother rebuilt the barrel to the key and it was working for a while then just stopped.

Do you think it something has come apart inside the barrel?

How long is a while? Either the key is badly worn and has finaly stopped working or the rebuild was done inncorectly. Ie wrong code or rebuild.

It worked for about a week, then just jammed again. I've tried using the spare key and the master key with no luck either.

It is looking like an incorrect rebuild then?;)
