Help requested for Parking Charge Notice from CP Plus

Hi there,
I would like some advice regarding a parking charge notice I received from CP Plus. I know there are lots of other messages about this and I am sorry, I would just like someone to offer advice based on this situation.
I pulled into a service station and my car broke down, I was stuck there for 4 hours until breakdown arrived, I now have this letter demanding £80 (or £50 if paid before a certain date)
I have read that I should just ignore it and that if i call them then it confirms that I have the letter, but this is my first ever 'parking charge' and to be honest I am worried.
I also apologise if this post is a little vague, I read somewhere else that you should be careful with what you write.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Vagueness matters not one jot.
Private = ignore, ignore, ignore some more.
Yes really, ignore everything from them and they will send you some letters which sound dreadful and then they will disappear up their own backsides, never to be heard from again.
Yes, that's right...just ignore.
!!!!!! do not write to them.
Relax and ignore.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Thank you very much for a quick response. It was lucky I was about to ring them when I stumbled onto this site. I have not contacted them in any way whatsoever and shall ignore everything from them.
Thank you again
