Looked at that yesterday. Two different deals now, 4.99% and 5.49%.Oops, nor did I
sorry about that.. the YBS 10-year deal was worse last month, 5.49% and an £800 arrangement fee (plus still £195 booking) so they have at least improved it slightly.
They've kept the rate the same and cut the fee to £95. So one is better, the other worse.

Thanks for your replies, am in a quandary on what to do, i would like to fix for a longer period, have approximately 30/40% equity. YBS seems the only decent product on the market..0
