10 year mortgages?!

Where are all the 10 year mortgages gone? I signed up to one a couple of years ago, I was wondering if anyone knew of any long term mortgages?

Thanks, Richard

It still is (that's the mortgage I've plumped for though still awaiting the offer approval through the post). The Accord 4.84% is 5 year, not 10. The only other 10 year one that I know of, other than the two that YBS do is with Leeds BS - 80% LTV but 5.99% fixed (ouch).

I put that post on the 17-01-2011 so it maybe out of date and guess what lenders have put up the costs of getting a " Good Deal"

That was odd. Sorry, I didn't notice the date.

Couldn't agree more. Extra £1,000 on the fee.

Oops, nor did I :o sorry about that.. the YBS 10-year deal was worse last month, 5.49% and an £800 arrangement fee (plus still £195 booking) so they have at least improved it slightly.
