Can anyone please offer advice, I have had quite a bit of info from Consumer Direct, but am still at a loss at how to tackle this problem My son bought a laptop from the above company in February 2010 ( Acer Aspire) it broke down ant the end of September Buyitdirect said the laptop had to go back to ACER , you have to ring an Indian callcentre it takes forwever, then DHL collected, it was a way for approx 1 month, 2months later it has the same problem ( still under warranty). Even though I quoted sale of good act, BuyitDirect will take no responsibilty, they say it has to go back to Acer, they will do it for us but it will add an extra week to the time it takes. I can't find an email for the Acer repair centre. you have to go through the long process again, it will probably be away for a month or more. Consumer direct say You can quote the sale of good act , but I need to provide an independent report, if i do that will they have to refund or replace or can they keep sending it awayfor repair it will probably be away for another month, it will be then be near the end of the warranty. Customer Service from both these companies seems dreadful. I woudl be grateful for further assistance/advice .
Thank you
Thank you

Thank you for the e-mail, that just takes you to their help website then unfortunately it just directs you to the phone number to ring for help and the whole cycle starts again. Thanks for trying.0
