Hi
My company asked me to find out good survey websites (free or cheap) that have the following features:
· ability to upload and download documents related to surveys
· ability to set open/close ended questions
· ability to set number of respondents/open to everyone
Do you know any providers that have the ability to cater the above? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks very much!

One of the most commonly-used ones is Survey Monkey - but some of the features you require are probably chargeable...0

Can you use the survey view on a Google Docs spreadsheet?0

Can't you use survey monkey and simply provide a link to the documents that you want on Google Docs or similar? Send the link out in the invites?0
