    I recieved mine (well mens for OH) Got 3 5ml bottle samples one with a spray on it which you can take off and put on the other bottles :D

    I did this........after about 2 months only got the scratch pad, never got the bottle, although i put my address for the bottle and the scratch pad. Maybe if i get hundreds of scratch pads i could squueze them into a bottle??
