The OP is fine ... worked ok for me. If you click on the link in the OP's first post and then click on Free Sample at the top of the page you should get a pull down choice of fragrances. Choose one of the and the form should load. If it does not, I'm afraid it's may be your computer.

I was able to do this freebie today think that you need shockwave on your computer for the page to load ok
