Primus £15 Credit??

Hi everyone,
I signed up both my home phone lines to Primus Saver 2 in July and everything's been running great since then - got a few bills for a few pennies for both lines every month since but no problems. I just signed up to the ordinary saver 2 which is free not the one where you pay £2.99 and then get quarterly rebates.
I've just got the e-bills for this month, however, and one bill is 40p but the other is £14 in credit!! So I looked at the bill and primus have applied a £15 credit to this line - any ideas on why they've done this?!! I'm not about to complain about being given money but was just wondering if this had happened to anyone else. Do you think they've just made a mistake? Thanks for any info.
Regards
Michelle

Lucky you!!! I signed up and should be getting the £15. I have phoned them twice now and asked where it is. Last month he said he would sort it out and it would be creditted this month.... nothing there. This month I rang again and was told that I should have been told last month that I should spend even just 10p on phone calls to be eligible for this credit - and when I asked where this was in the T&C... Ha!!! he didnt know. This one also told me he would arrange the credit. Not sure about this lot!!!0

I applied for Primus Saver Option 2 on 10 September and have had all kinds of problems getting BT to process the order. Each time Primus ask me to contact them through their contact page to sort it out and offered me £5 credit when my Primus account is open. This amounts to £15 now and I should have transferred to Primus on 1 Nov. However, I have just found out from Primus that BT cancelled the order but did not give a reason. I have been on to BT tonight to find out what is going on but had to hang up after waiting in the queue for 1 hour 23 minutes:eek: .
Hopefully, this will get sorted at some point and I will get my £15 credit from Primus but after all the hassle it should be £150 :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: .Regards

God sheeplady and erb - they're horror stories! The length of that queue sounds ridiculous. It's puzzling as everything went through so smoothly for me and everything's gone fine since I switched over too. I guess it's just the luck of the draw and believe me I've had my fair share or rotten luck with other companies over the years so I'm due one to go right :rotfl: Sounds like it's possibly just a mistake so they may well take it back off me when they notice - I might have got your missing £15 Sheeplady!!

Sounds like you have been credited with one of the £15 per quarter payments referred to in this long-running thread. Clearly your account has been credited with one of the rebates that so many others should have got automatically...!0

Hi thefirs,
Yeah I've come to the same conclusion myself. They may well take it off me but I won't worry if they do as technically I wasn't meant to have it in the first place!
