I contacted them on Monday, had a reply today and was just told to send in my voucher...unfortunately I'd binned it Monday night!
However I thought I'd try for todays offer, and even though I didn't go in til around 1.45 they still had stock, so I was quite pleased about that.

I had that reply, but I wrote back said I didn't have it - and if I did why should I have to pay postage, blah, blah (I was in my Victor Meldrew mode) mentioning again there was no offer of alternative and that was when I got reply offering £5.

Maybe stores were still having stock because most people have been dispointed by this offer...

I have mailed them as I have all the vouchers bar one - have been going in early (early!) in the morning but apart from the simple cream the first day our branch hasn't stocked any of them - mailed them yesterday so awaiting reply.

Nothing at all available today. No manager to moan to, either. Written again - talkabout dog with a bone! Maybe I'll get another £5 - and maybe not! :undecided

Sent all of my vouchers off and today I received a mens shower gel and a pack of vitamin c tablets, my mum received toothpaste and plasters for her coupons - not bad considering I did not think I would get anything as all stores near me had nothing in stock!
