2 Free Superdrug products Per Day This Week in The Daily Mirror

  • I think Superdrug are just as to blame. Last week was exactly the same (I only managed one advertised product) with the vitamin offer they had in conjunction with Daily Express - which they clearly didn't learn from!

To be fair...i never normally shop in Superdrug anyway for my bathroom type stuff & now i feel ive been vindicated in that approach all this time! lol
I do think there has been a serious communication breakdown somewhere along the line between the Daily Mirror & Superdrug.
Whats the point in having these offers on the front page each morning if they are all gonna be gone by about 9.30 am?
The poor customer service doesnt help either (gosh i'm well in a Victor Meldrew mood now!)

  • I know this may seem like a good offer but I wont shop @ superdrug ever even in hopes of getting free stuff I would rather just leave it it seems so many of you have been let down bit of a nightmare really:(
LOVE isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live WITHOUT
  • i think i must be one of the lucky ones as my little boy gets dropped off at nursery at 9 and its 2 mins from superdrug which is not busy and so far i have got both products everyday and very handy as i will keep most of them for my holidays in 7 weeks time so i'm a happy Lady!

For those who are not managing to get them keep hold of your vouchers as the daily mirror are stating that they will send the items to you if you post your vouchers.

Only a small basket in Alnwick when I went today and choose my toothbrush from a selection and the 'enamel' paste which was all there was - poor girl was going beep, beep, beep, buzzed the supervisor while the queue of lunch time shoppers were starting to boil - supervisor came, beep, beep, beep, won't take it, beep, beep - I said this is ridiculous you have a very large queue, I'll come back. Went back twenty minutes later - the original one was the 'wrong' toothpaste? got a sensitive one which is better for my son but it was embarassing. but almost free ... and I have something to light the fire with.

Superdrug are rubbish! Bought The Mirror just for this promotion only to go to Superdrug and be told that they had ran out of deodrants and only had shower gels left. To top it off the woman was really rude and looked at me like I had spat on her kids!! Mentioned that other people have been offered subsitutes and she wasnt interested!

I haven't even bothered trying to get this promotion as the two superdrugs near to me never have any products that the newspapers have in promotions. Just thought I would be wasting my time and money and after reading this thread was probably right

Speak to the manager and if no success, it's probably worth complaining. I contacted Superdrug customer services when I wasn't able to get anything on the first day of the Daily Express Offer last week. Today I received reply (after a little to-ing and fro-ing of mail) saying they are sending me £5 voucher.

Plenty of both offers today in local store - and I didn't go in till lunchtime.
