Help Finding Cottage in Cornwall.

Hi

Does anyone know of any cottages in Cornwall, within walking distance to the coast?

If I put the details:

Number of people: minimum 10. Up to 14. So, to help with the calculations, we'll take 12 as the number.

Stay is one night (a Saturday), but if there are no options for that, would have to consider 2 nights, including the Saturday night.

Price: we'll I'm not sure what the range is here, but I'll say around a couple of hundred, but if that's me being unrealistic, then I'd still welcome any suggestions, and then I can judge whether or not I can afford it.

Date: preferably covering Sat 5th of Feb. If not, then 12th, 19th etc would be considered.

Location:I'd prefer Cornwall, but if there is nothing available within my criteria, I'd be willing to consider alternative locations, but preferably in the south-west..but it must be within walking distance to coast, preferably with sea views.

I appreciate any help.

Also, one final thing. If it says "Sleeps 6", would it be ok for us to sleep 8 (it being our responsibility to decide how we sleep). I mean, if they give us 3 rooms, telling us it's for 6 people, but if 8 of us use it, however uncomfortably, would that be OK?

Thanks again.

Many are reluctant to take a short booking because of the time/cost/effort involved to [a] get it ready for one night clean up afterwards .... when taking the booking could lose the potential for a 2-3 night booking.

Insurance might be invalid if you over-crowd a house with more than the number. You also wouldn't have enough mugs, plates, cups, chairs, linen, towels.

Here's one at £450-550 for a whole week, that sleeps 10, but it says short breaks all year. http://www.abovebeachcottages.co.uk/bay_villa_sleeps_10.html
