Return To Work Credit and ESA

Hi

I've been on ESA since December 09 with a condition but feel that I may be ready to go back to work.

I attended and failed the medical exam. Date of decision 2nd July.

I appealed against the decision and was turned down. Date of reconsideration 21 July 2010.

So at the moment I am currently awaiting a tribunal. I've been advised it won't be before March this year. I will still be attending this tribual even if I come off ESA and get a job.

My question is would I be eligible to receive the return to work credit if I find a job now?

Also, if I do return to work and find that I cannot cope say after a week or two, where do I stand then?

Thankyou
