I can't understand why they are struggling when the people who went through Topcashback got their cashback without any problem at all. Maybe they should call TCB for advice...

Well, I went through TCB, and haven't heard anything since either. They are still "investigating" apparently (ie: waiting for the company to come back to them I suppose).

Well, not all apparently! lol I've been waiting since January, yes. It would be just my luck to be the only one....I'm going to nudge them about it (again).

Me too!

Must have JUST gone in in the last hour, cos i checked mine a little earlier.
I did open an enquiry via quidco so would suggest that anyone that hasnt had it put into the payment section do the same today!
