Quidco have been going downhill for months now. I seem to be having to raise more claims and items that have tracked in September 2010 still havent been paid. I think i'll go to Topcashback too !

I'm switching from quidco to topcashback. I've got cashback claims going back to early 2010 that still haven't been sorted yet. There is no excuse for delays like that.

Gave up on Quidco 18 months ago 'cos of all this !!!!!!!!, only deal with TCB now, better rates and never had an issue, also allegedly got a much more streamlined ticket process though never had to use it.

Got exactly the same generic email when I queried a home insurance payment from October last year, I doubt they are actually doing anything at all to chase it

I had £35 of the £55 become payable with Quidco a couple of days ago. The other £20 is still showing as tracked. I raised an enquiry and they said it should become payable eventually.

Quidco are pretty crap, they cream money for themselves.

I only use TCB now.
