Having had a major problem with Pixmania (see Vents board), I reordered the car stereo from CarAudioCentre at 6pm on the Tuesday night.
Wednesday morning, I got a phone call from a very polite, helpful young man, who asked what vehicle it was for, in case I needed an adaptor cable.
I didn't need one, and he informed me the order was being packed and would be with me the following morning as all their orders have a FREE upgrade to next day delivery (although with standard delivery of £12, I would rather they advertised that all orders are next day, instead of making out you are getting something for free - but this is a minor point).
Sure enough the following morning, the parcel was with Initial City Link and was dispatched to my house.
All in all, a highly commended, efficient service.
In a world of disappointments, it's nice to have your spirits raised!
