temperature markings on my diplomat oven have rubbed off!!

Hi was wondering if anybody has any ideas on how to fix my oven problem??The temperatre markings have been rubbed off due to cleaning! I havnt got a clue what temperature to cook at and have resorted to microwave cooking instead!!!HELP!

The marks on the knobs are usually only a rough guide anyway. We have digital oven thermometer with a probe that goes inside the oven. It can also be poked into whatever you are cooking which makes it doubly useful.0 -
Try looking up the exact model on google images and zoom in to look at the markings.
