Should have asked but what was existing appliance? -a free standing fridge.

That looks suspiciously like the design of our old kitchen, which was from MFI. I could be wrong though.0

Although it's hard to tell from the picture as the colour obviously isn't "true", it could be a pretty good match for our "Vermont" homebase kitchen (an oak veneer finish)

I imagine that most of the major kitchen places do a similar product though- best bet is to take a cupboard door into Homebase, B&Q, Wickes etc and see what you can find.
The only downside is that depending on light levels in your kitchen, the wood veneers do age a bit (kind of going a more yellow colour if that makes sense), so getting a very good match might be tricky.
