Pending court decision??

HSBC have stalled on our complaint stating all complaints about PPI are pending the courts decision on how they deal with such complaints.
Anyone know of any progress with this court process and when a decision is likely?

A difficult one to predict, but the case is coming up this month.
Lots are in the same position as you on this, but hopefully it will be resolved sooner rather than later.
Have you been given the option of moving on to the FOS at this stage?
