Boiler Flue Dirty Drip

Had boiler serviced recently to fix low pressure but a long term issue has been the boiler flue dripping a dirty black drip down exterior wall, what could this be looking to repaint and dont really want the drip to come back again.

    its a ferroli optima 701, hot water and radiator working fine and no yellow in the viewing bit all nice and blue just this black stuff that drips from the flue.
