Visa Infinite Card

Is the Visa Infinite card available in the UK? The website doesn't say much. What are the advantages? Is there a cost? Thanks

I'm in the middle of switching to Handelsbanken. I understand they offer the card but not sure if they do in the UK.

I'm not sure , however Handelsbanken's UK T&C's indicate that they have a charge card and the VISA Infinite card is a charge card ;)

Do you know which type of Debit card Handelsbanken issue ? , is it a deferred VISA card like Cater Allen , VISA Debit ? or a choice of Charge card and Debit card

Charge and Debit card but not received yet. They didn't mention anything about Infinite and with all the services it provides I'm not sure why they didn't use as a selling point so I guess not. We'll see and I sent them an email asking - looks useful especially no charge!

Isn't it "by invitation only" ?

reference to the UK charge card is here -

I am not sure that they offer the charge card to all customers , they don't seem to tout for customers - word of mouth and quality over quantity I suspect

I was asked if I wanted a charge card and accepted. I'm not sure if it's the infinite, I'm guessing not but we shall see!

I recieved my Handelsbanken charge card this morning. It certainly isn't the Infinite card but a standard Visa card. I believe that they are looking into the Infinite card but it seems like the Handelsbanken Infinite card is only available in Sweden -http://www.visainfiniteeurope.com/Handelsbanken/en/
  • Apparently Barclay's also have Visa infinite now as well.
