I've just signed up for esure home insurance and been given this form to get a free hotel voucher by recommending esure to a friend:
"...why not recommend a friend? If they buy esure car insurance you'll both receive a free one night break for two people at a choice of over 100 hotels in the UK. There's no obligation to dine, no need to book additional nights and you don't have to take your break at the same time as your friend"
