We have a Note and love it. there`s a lot of storage room in them and they`re very reliable.

  • For a family, the Note. I haven't examined a Note for some time but if their build and materials quality has not deteriorated like Toyotas then it's an easy decision.
Toyota are relying on past reputation because both the Auris and Yaris are cheap and nasty at a premium price! Yes, Toyota are in a different league - the second division.

The both seem to get pretty good reviews, there's links to reviews of each here - Nissan Note reviews, Toyota Auris reviews

You might also want to consider the Citroen C3. It beat the Nissan Note in this group test - Autoexpress test

Kia Venga may be worth a look too, as it comes with a 7 year warranty - Kia Website
  • we bought a note today, it gets a crackin review, totally practical for our needs and the missus hates french cars, we're well happy
    thanks all

    Ever driven an Auris?

Cheap and nasty. Nothing like the Corolla it replaced.
