Insurance complaint

if i write a compliant , my concern is they will not do anything other than say they will review their systems .
If i posted it on the net then its in the public domain and i do think it has a public interest .
The problems started when the 3rd party had an indepenant witness state it was my fault , my insurance company just acceted liability because the 3rd party insureres were from the same company and they said they had to trust them . At this stage my insurance company had not seen the 3rd party statement or the 3rd party witness statement but had just had an email from them to say the have a witness who says it my fault .
My case went down hill from there . It gets worse , but after nearly 7 months i managed to obtain the actual statements and was able to put my case across , as neither statement were consistant .
So perhaps , i`m a bit miffed about my treatment , but i also think theres loads of people who have been in a similar situation who have felt they had know where to go and just paid their excess and watched their premiums rise the next year .
I just wanted people to hear their attitude which can`t be expresssed in words , but can be heard .
What do you guys think ?
