Wireless Card for Dell Inspiron 530S?

A friend has one of these slimline Dell PC's with a Dell-supplied PCI wireless card, and has managed to destroy either the antenna or the actual card 'while dusting'...
Does anyone know if the Dell card (I think it may be an Asus one) is a PCI card, or a PCI Express card? The manual is no help.
Secondly, is it a standard height card, or a half-height card?
Former are easy to find, I think the latter may be a struggle, and no doubt Dell will charge an arm and a leg for a replacement.
But going to just try a new antenna first-are the screw-in types all a standard fitting?

Any use if you use the service tag from the Dell on their website?
It should give you the original as supplied spec and possibly the cards details.

Thanks, it's an Asus WL-138G_V2.
Service Tag just says 'PCI wireless card'.
But not clear if the case will only take a low-profile card or a standard height one? This is the one installed:
