Can I complain about Student Finance? Who to?

If its the Childcare from last year being reclaimed then have they confirmed receipt of all three CCG2 forms from last year (and can they check they've been completed correctly - if they sound unsure ask them to call through to check!)? (and the term one one for this year?) I'd call to double check, if not then this might be the issue.

They are a total waste of time, I've rang the executive directors office daily since October. Derek Ross eventually called back last week saying the slc had no chance of rectifying any of the many mistakes that they have made on my account, stateing they had to follow government guidlines (if they only have to follow government guidelines, why are their 6 well paid executive directors?) I'm now awaiting a call from Ed Lester,chairman of the slc.
The number for the executive office is 01413062069, and don't be fobbed of when they try to put you through to the head of complaints Craig Henderson, or even Mark Cassidy.
Hope you have more luck with this pathetic company at recieving a common sense outcome than I have had.

Have you tried going through the appeals process instead?

I had problems where I wasnt given all the money I was entitled too so I appealed and they finally gave me the money.

Good luck anyway, I know how hard SF are to deal with sometimes

Just to add, the email address to complain dosen't work. I emailed them using the address provided & it kept bouncing back.
