Not very technical I'm afraid so apologies in advance. Have been given some photos of the family taken by an ex photographer who has now emigrated, so no contact.
Bought some at the time including a disc, but would like to be able to upload them all to tescos website to get a calendar done. Problem is I've been given them on disc which is running as a slideshow and all the photos are on one large acrobat file.
Is there any way I can separate them out to upload them individually to tesco please. Some of them are so nice its such a shame not to be able to access them for the grandparents.

If its one large adobe acrobat file, you should be able to copy each image into an image editing program, such as Jasc Paint Shop Pro, or Adobe Photoshop (or if you have neither of those, GIMP is a free one which is pretty decent) and then save each image as a separate file individually as a JPEG file. Let us know if you need more guided instructions on how, i'm sure someone or i will be able to help!)0

Thank you so much. Have got adobe photoshop so will have a go at this and get back when I hit the inevitable problems. Am so pleased there is a bit of hope though!0

If they are copy protected you might not be able to get at them to edit them. You could d/l a screen grab programme and copy each image to the clipboard and then paste and save them as a new image file.0

Open the Acrobat file and for each picture, get it as big as you can on the screen.
Press the Prt Scr button on your keyboard (up beside the Scroll Lock button). This will put a copy of your screen into your Clipboard.
Open up the free Paint program that comes with Windows (Start:All Programs:Accessories:Paint), click on Edit:Paste. Use the select function (the wee rectangle box on the left hand side) to select just the photo.
Right click in the selection and select Cut.
Go to File: New, say no to save changes. Then select Edit:Paste. Save the picture with File:Save and save in in JPG format using a suitable name.
OR, If you have Photoshop etc. you can Paste into there and edit it.
I always wondered what the Prt Scr button did :rotfl:0 -
Thanks for all the tips.
Amazingly (for me anyway) have used adobe photoshop and got them off. Only leading to next problem of course.....they seem to have been stored as colour negatives. When I invert the image the colours are all washed out. Is there any way to revert back to the original colour settings please?0 -
anyone any ideas please?0
