Missing £30 M&S vouchers from T-Mobile

T-Mobile were offering £30 M&S vouchers if you purchased selected PAYG mobiles in December. When the promotion ended they lowered the prices of the phones. They were supposed to be sent out within 7 days. T-Mobile don't seem to have sent out any yet and are blaming it on delays by a supplier.
I'm also still waiting for £5 of internet credit to be added to my phone. I also now have two SIM cards with credit on because they preload the £10 you have to purchase with a new phone on to a new SIM card opposed to including a £10 top up voucher and I had an old T-Mobile phone with around £15 of credit still on the SIM.
Overall, not happy.

Have you complained to T mobile about this?"If you no longer go for a gap, you are no longer a racing driver" - Ayrton Senna0

My wife and I each bought phones from T-Mobile with the £30 M&S voucher offer in December. We've not got vouchers for either of them yet. After registering, I received an email from them saying the voucher was approved but there would be a delay. But my wife got an email saying the phone number she entered had already been used so she wouldn't be getting a voucher
I have tried calling them numerous times on the two numbers they give but nobody answers so I sent them an email a week ago threatening legal action if they didn't contact me. I'm still waiting.
If I don't hear from them by the end of next week I plan to send a recorded delivery letter to T-Mobile head office threatening legal action.
As you say epm-84, they had upped the price of the phones to counteract the effect of the voucher and that made it a reasonable deal.
I am really annoyed about this.0 -
me too!!
I bought a more expensive phone because of the voucher deal. (was talked in to it by a very pushy t mobile sales man but i'm a big girl i take responsibility!:o)
they emailed me on the 5th december that it had been varified and would be with me within 7 days. I've sent them at least 6 emails, had one reply saying sorry for delays but i wil get my voucher.:mad:0 -
See my thread and you wont care if they dont turn up LOL
Ignore, I was sent seperate (cr @p) shareholder vouchers which I incorrectly assumed were the ones from T-Mobile.0 -

Yes and their customer relations department are useless. They keep sending me emails requesting information, which I have already sent them! :mad:0 -
Still nothing from them, despite me saying that I won't even consider T-Mobile when I next change my phone unless they sort out their mess quickly.0

Finally received the M&S gift voucher. Although it's in the form of a gift card and there's no indication that it has £30 on it. Although, still no £5 free internet and they've now also charged me for texts when I had a free text allowance which they seem to be reluctant to refund0
