New connection charges - BT - advise appreciated

I recently built a new house an/d i was looking for the best phone and broadband package. The problem i had was all companies were quoting £120 odd pound as it would be a completely new line. BT didn't and the package they offered and you can check there website where it says "Free connection if you need a new line – when you order online". i then received my bill from them and of course there is the fee of £127.99 for installing a new line. Can anyone advise what i should do

If you took out a 18 month BT Broadband and Calls Package online,yes you are entitled to Free Connection.

Call them and they will give you credit for the amount.0
