I recently got a large Lush Legends gift box. Unfortunately it had been packed really badly and one of the bath bombs things was totally smashed to bits and had covered the rest of the stuff and some of the other loose items were damaged.
Lush have a policy of trying to use as little packaging as possible but this was awful - packing tins, bottles and loose, crumbly bath bombs together in a box with just some expanded foam bits to protect them was just asking for it.
I emailed Lush to let them know what had happened and they took it very seriously, promising to review the way gift boxes are packaged. 3 days later I received a big box of 8 assorted bath bombs! I couldn't believe how generous they were and I have nothing but praise for them.
