Well I've done it! Signed up for an egg Cashback card ready to ditch my other cards - some cashback, some not, opened an ISA and a top rate ICESAVE account - all recommended by this site. Furthermore, I'll open a new regular saver with Ipswitch Building Society (top saver with no catches) and will open the Halifax Current Account - when my other accounts come through - ditching a 7 year relationship with HSBC. I'd like to pay off my mortgage but I'm investing my fallback 6 months money as money-wise as I can without the need to give notice to anyone - as it is an emergency fund. My message to those who are unsure - go for it with a HUGE thank you to everyone on the boards for your advice, support, wisdom and guidance together with huge thanks to Martin, ITV and the team. Last but by no means least, good luck to everyone with their money-saving plans!:j
