Task logging program??

Hi,

I have employed my younger sister on a part time basis doing paperwork for me.

However the amount of work she is doing or not doing leads me to belive that she had been messing about on the net instead of working.

Is there a program I can install which keeps a log of when she starts the pc up, or logs on, and then logs which applications she has opened and how long she spends on them???
